By placing an order you declare that you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Laibach WTC shop.

Purchasing process
Making a purchase from the Laibach WTC shop is fast, easy, and secure. Once you have chosen the desired product by clicking ‘Add to cart’, just click ‘Checkout’. You will then be asked to fill in your personal/shipping details. Choose the type of credit card you wish to use and enter the requested details. After you have entered all required information you will be able to review all details regarding product(s) and payment. If you wish to change any information you have entered, you may do so before confirming your order by following the on-screen instructions. After confirming your order you will receive a confirmation notification via e-mail.

Contract
Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from the Laibach WTC shop which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we have shipped that product to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). A contract between you and the Laibach WTC shop for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been processed and shipped, at which point your credit card will be charged for the value of the goods shipped, plus shipping costs. After your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.

Sending a gift?
If you are sending your purchase as a gift, you can add a personal message card. Simply add your message by clicking ‘Include a personal memo to your order’ during the purchasing process.

Shipping and delivery
Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated. All shipping is calculated based on the volume and weight of the product and the country it is being shipped to. We ship via FedEx (worldwide) and Pošta Slovenije (for Slovenian shipments only). Please note we do not ship any parcels on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Payment
The accepted form of payment is by credit card (EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, Aktiva/Maestro, Diners Card). For Slovenian shipments a “cash on delivery” option is also available.

Goods are only shipped after we have received payment (with the exception of “cash on delivery” for Slovenian shipments when so specified).

Currencies
All transactions are processed in Euros. You may check updated exchange rates at www.exchangerate.com, or www.xe.com.

Credit card fraud
We have established various means of cross-checking the credit card information submitted to us so that we may protect ourselves from fraud. Occasionally we receive card information that does not pass our security checks. A customer might enter a wrong digit in the card account number, or make some other unintentional errors. When this occurs, we e-mail a request to the customer to provide the correct information so that we may continue to process the order. We may ask for additional proof that the customer is the card holder by calling the customer on the phone, requesting a faxed copy of a utility bill, or requesting a signed copy of our invoice. When someone cannot supply the correct information for the card account they are attempting to use, we can only conclude that they are not the owner of the card account, and do not have permission from the true account holder to use the card.

Is shopping on the Internet safe?
Communication between the customer and the LaibachWTC shop is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the Telemach system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible.

Refund policy
Customers have the right to cancel an order until the ordered items are shipped. We will send you an e-mail when we ship the item. Until then – you are free to cancel the order. To cancel your order please contact us via e-mail with subject "Cancel my order". Or call us on the following telephone number: +386-40-624-477.

Damage in transit
Upon receipt of your delivery, please check to make sure the package has no visible signs of damage. If you feel that it has not been handled properly, please contact us stating the nature of the problem, your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and postal code. In order for us to carry out any necessary investigation with our shipping company and possibly to issue a refund, please contact us within 48 hours from receiving your delivery. We advise you to retain all packaging for possible inspection.

Returns
We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect orders or non-delivery due to incorrect information being provided. In the event a parcel is returned, the value of the order is refunded with a deduction of two times the shipping fee (the costs incurred by returning the shipment) plus a 10.00 Euro handling charge.

Delivery confirmation
All orders will require a signature when delivered! Please ensure that this will be possible at the delivery address you specify, PO Boxes are NOT acceptable.

Our complaints handling policy
We will deal with all complaints effectively, and once a complaint is made, we will provide a timeframe for resolving the dispute and keep you notified of progress. Orders can be canceled within seven days of receipt of the goods, provided that the product remains unopened and unused. However, please note that except for faulty items, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Your money will be refunded within 30 days. The buyer has to cover the shipping expenses. These costs will be deducted from the refund payment.

Our returns policy and company procedures fully comply with the European Distance Selling Act.

NSK passport
By applying for an NSK passport through the Laibach WTC shop’s digital application form you declare that you are aware of the NSK State’s artistic nature. You declare that you know it is not a legal traveling document. Any legal or other difficulties or sanctions resulting from attempting to travel with this document is the sole responsibility of the user. Laibach, NSK Info Center, Opus Dei d.o.o. or Laibach WTC shop cannot and will not accept any responsibility regarding ignorance of these facts.

Changes to the “Terms and Conditions of Use”
The “Terms and Conditions of Use” of the Laibach WTC shop are subject to change and updating. It is your responsibility to check each and every time you shop for possible changes. Failure by the customer to do so is not the responsibility of the Laibach WTC shop, Laibach, NSK Info Center, or Opus Dei d.o.o.
