Our Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us. We have kept it simple here’s how it works;

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days after receipt of goods for alternative items or a full refund. If the last day of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day. Refunds will not be given after that period unless faulty. All items are returned at the customer’s expense, unless faulty.

You can find the Return Items button for your order in the Orders section of your Laibach WTC account.

If you placed your order as a guest (without logging into the shop), you can access the Return Items option via the View Order link in your order confirmation email.

All items must be returned to us in original packaging, unworn or unused. All original labels and tags must be intact and as you received them.

Goods are returned at customer’s own expense (unless faulty) and are the responsibility of the customer until they have been accepted back at our offices. We strongly recommend a recorded or courier delivery service for this purpose for your own protection. Carriage will be charged (10 EUR) on exchanged goods and also rejected returns that are returned to the customer.

All goods are checked by our staff before posting.

Laibach WTC adhere to The Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014).

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty we will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Laibach WTC will guarantee your item for six months after purchase.
